CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided up to 24 hours BEFORE your appointment, your deposit can be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. In the event of no-show appointments you will be required to pay a $50 deposit the next time you book. After 2 no show appointments I will respectfully decline any future intentions on booking with me again. There is no late fee and i will not cancel your appointment for being late. I understand things may come up so I will still honor your appointment but please understand I will not go past our allocated time. I will however try my best to accommodate you and fit your booked service into whatever time we may have left .
